We had an amazing experience with this team! They built our fence beautifully-everything is straight, clean, and looks fantastic. I’ve had a fence installed before by another company, and I learned the hard way that a low price usually means poor quality. In my previous case, the posts weren’t even set in concrete, and the fence started leaning within a month. These guys did everything right , all posts are properly set in concrete, the work is neat, and they cleaned up everything after finishing. Super easy to communicate with and very professional. I was so happy with their work that I also hired them to update my bathroom tile and paint my kid’s room. From now on, I’ll be using Balan C&R for all my future projects. Highly recommend! ~ Ольга К

I highly recommend Balan Construction, I became a widow 4 1/2 years ago and so I started to finally be able to address some repairs I needed and I am so blessed to have Vitalli do them and I had no issues and the prices were good and his quality of work is great so I’m happy have a trustworthy handyman now. He painted doors and installed a new exhaust fan did some sealing around kitchen and bathroom faucets and installed security lights and resurfaced and repainted my front door saving me money from buying a new one. ~ Rosa C

We hired Balan C&R for a full bathroom remodel and a new plastic fence at our home in Pompano Beach. Everything came out really nice. The bathroom looks clean and modern, and you can tell they didn’t cut corners — they paid attention to the details. The fence also turned out great, solid and straight, exactly how it should be. Used Balan Construction for painting and vinyl flooring in my house. Everything turned out really nice. They showed up on time, worked clean, and didn’t rush the job.
